13) Click the File System Icon
14) In the second column over you will see a file with a + next to it, Click the + (this expands the folder) It SHOULD say retrieving and then a large list of folders will appear. This is the contents of your phone. Tamper with this at your own risk.
15) Click on the folder named dload
16) Right click “mysound.dat”
17) Choose to save this file to your desktop
18) Then delete the file from the dload folder in Bitpim
19) Expand Brew
20) Expand Media
21) Expand lk
22) Click on the ms folder
23) In the right most column you will see all of your ringtones that are on your phone.
24) Drag any mp3 ringtone that you have to this list and Drop (you should see it appear in the list) *note midis and wavs may work .. Im not sure because I haven’t tested this
25) Exit Bitpim
26) Unplug your phone
27) POWER DOWN your phone and then POWER BACK UP.
