using skype mobile phone?

one of my friends ask me about using skype on his mobile phone, i do not know much about this. But after google the information about skype mobile phone, i notice that verizon wireless is offering “Skype mobile Phone” service. you can switch to verizon wireless and using the “skype mobile apps” on verizon fast 3G Network.
